Safety First

Happijac's Ball Screw Jack offers the industry's first redundant safety check system in an Ball screw jack. By providing an additional fail-safe safety nut, Happijac's Ball Screw Jack protects you and your camper against mishap in the event of failure.The unique concave (cupped) footpad design reduces movement and provides greater stability than large, convex footpads.

Through precision manufacturing and the utilization of a high quality, polished steel screw coupled with a space-age, self-lubricating, friction-reducing nut, Happijac's  Screw Jack is so efficient that its performance compares with many competitor's ball screw jacks on the market today. Providing over 34" of lift, the Happijac screw jack can quickly and easily raise and lower camper with efficiency and complete control.

Strong and Appealing

Each Happijac Camper Jack features 2" square tubing which not only matches the contours and lines of your camper, but also provides significantly more strength than round tubing. The Happijac ball screw jack can lift 860 Kgs. per jack. Each Happijac Camper Jack is powder coated on both the inner and outer tubes to protect against rust and improve appearance. The unique "Happijac look" ensures quality, strength, and safety while enhancing the look of your camper.

Easy Installation

Each Happijac Camper Jack uses the same universal Z-bracket mounting system and hardware. Providing superior strength and security, the Z-bracket mounting system is easily installed and/or retrofitted onto most any camper. Best of all, once installed you never have to change brackets again, regardless of the type of Happijac Camper Jack you place on your camper. For dual wheel pickup trucks, the optional swing out bracket is easily installed and provides the additional clearance needed for trouble free loading and unloading.

Electric Upgrade Ability

Perhaps the best feature of the Happijac family of camper jacks is the ability to achieve the ease and comfort of electric jacks at any time without the hassle and expense of "opting up". The Acme (4150), ball-screw (4500), and ball-screw with quick release leg (4600) jacks can easily be upgraded into a remote controlled electric jack system with the purchase and simple installation of the Happijac motor drive assembly kit (600500) and wiring kit (600530).
